Rachel Spengler has worked as an Emergency Medicine PA for 29 years. She started in the Emergency Department at Albany Memorial Hospital and spent the last 21 years working in the Emergency Departments of Springfield Hospital and Mt. Ascutney Hospital. She joined the Grace Cottage Emergency Department staff in 2019.
While working for Albany Memorial Hospital, Spengler began working at Mountain Sports Medicine at Mount Snow ski resort, a position she held for nearly 20 years. Through this experience, she gained a fondness for sports medicine, wilderness medicine, orthopedics and trauma care. She is currently a co-owner and practicing clinician with Emergency Services of New England, Inc.
Personal
Rachel Spengler was born and raised in Vermont, and has family living in Wilmington. She shares her home in Windham with her 13-year old son, her dogs, and a cat. She enjoys skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, sailing, scuba diving, mountain biking, and travel.
