Inpatient Visitation Guideline
Visitation for people without respiratory symptoms or COVID-positive:
- Masking is optional.
- Visiting hours are between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. (except for end-of-life care patients or those with a disability requiring the support of family or caregiver).
- There is no limit to the number of visitors but please be considerate of roommates. Nursing staff retains the right to ask visitors to leave if disruptive to other patients or impeding ability to deliver care.
- There is no age requirement for visitation.
Visiting process:
- Visitors will check in at the Main Hospital (Sheila Friedli) Entrance up until 5 p.m.
- After 5 p.m. and on weekends, visitors will check in at the Emergency Department Entrance.
Masking is REQUIRED:
- For all patients and visitors with COVID or other respiratory infection.
- For those who have had a positive COVID test within the past 10 days.
