Grace Cottage Family Health & Hospital is a non-profit, independent organization, founded in 1949 by Dr. Carlos G. Otis and governed by bylaws and a Board of Trustees. The Board collaborates with the Grace Cottage Administration Team in setting hospital policy. Members of the all-volunteer Board have various backgrounds and bring unique skills and perspectives to the organization. All share an interest in the collective health of the community and the vitality of the organization. The group meets on the third Friday of every other month from 8:00-10:00 AM and holds an annual meeting each November.
With prior approval, members of the public may attend and provide input at “open to the public” portions at the beginning of Board of Trustee meetings on:

Presentations will be limited to fifteen minutes and will be subject to prior approval by the Chair of the Board of Trustees. To receive approval, contact Executive Assistant Catherine Nemchek at 802-365-3615. Limited seating is available for the general public at the meetings.
