Jocelyn earned her DPT from the University of St Augustine in California. Previously, she has worked in several settings including Outpatient, Home Health, and Skilled Nursing. Some of her specialty areas of focus include Aquatic Therapy, Pilates-Based Physical Therapy, and Pelvic Health. She joined the Grace Cottage Rehabilitative Services staff in 2024.

Barner recently moved to Vermont. In her free time, she enjoys Movement Arts including Aerial Arts, Ballet, and Pilates.
