Elise Kraus has 20 years of healthcare experience. Most recently, a graduate of Maryville University, Kraus completed her Nurse Practitioner clinical rotations at Grace Cottage Family Health and Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. She is now a Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
Kraus provides trauma-informed and LGTBQIA+ focused care. Before joining the Grace Cottage team, she worked as an HIV Nurse Clinician for Dartmouth Health. Other RN experience includes Planned Parenthood, Vermont Department of Corrections, and Maplewood Nursing Home of Cheshire County, New Hampshire.
Personal
Summer and Fall are her favorite seasons here in New England. During these months, she enjoys hiking with her dogs and gardening. She also enjoys traveling and experiencing new things.
