Impact Awards

2023 Impact Awards

For the second year in a row, Grace Cottage has won an IMPACT Award from the Boston Red Sox Foundation/Ruderman Foundation. We received the Second Place Award again this year, and we thank everyone who helped us to win this $3,000 award; your votes really did make a difference!

We received the following message, along with the award notification:
“On behalf of the Red Sox Foundation and Ruderman Family Foundation: The work you all undertake on a daily basis is incredible. We are all thankful to you all!”

Emergency Department Update

I’m pleased to say that the Emergency Department addition is almost complete, with just a few finishing touches left, and we should be opening the brand-new sliding glass doors next month. The efficient, high-quality work done by all of the contractors is greatly appreciated, and we want to thank Alex Bristol of Brunelle & Son and our Facilities Manager, Scott Hitchcock, for their great work.

I’d also like to give a shout-out to all of the employees who have so graciously and seamlessly adjusted to changes we needed to implement to keep the Emergency Department fully functioning during construction of the addition.
