End-of-Life Care

If you are facing a terminal illness, you are not alone. And neither are your loved ones.

Caring for people at the end of their lives and for their family and friends is something in which Grace Cottage takes tremendous pride. We are privileged to provide high-quality, compassionate, physician directed end-of-life care for patients and families in need of this very important service.

The goal at Grace Cottage is for you and your family to be as comfortable as possible. The end-of-life suite is a private room that includes an adjoining family room and access to a covered porch. The family room includes a pull-out sofa bed, a small refrigerator, a microwave, a separate bathroom, a television and sound system, as well as additional seating for family. We encourage you or your loved one to bring your favorite audio recording or book on tape to listen to if you feel that is something that may help you relax. You should also feel free to stock the refrigerator with favorite items that may help you feel more comfortable.

It is our privilege to provide you or your loved one with respectful care.
