Visiting or Calling a Patient at Grace Cottage Hospital.

Visiting

Visiting hours at Grace Cottage Hospital are between 8:00am and 8:00pm daily. However special visiting hours may be granted by the physician or charge nurse. Visitors are asked to consider the needs and condition of the patients and remember that it is better not to visit a patient in the hospital if they are sick themselves.

Hospice and end-of-life care has open visitation and 24-hour accommodation and meals for immediate family members.

Phone Calls

Each patient at Grace Cottage Hospital is assigned a bedside telephone with their own phone number for personal incoming and outgoing phone calls. The number is found in the patient’s admissions packet, as well as on the wall by their bed. Patients, family members and friends are asked to use this assigned phone number rather than calling the main hospital front desk.
