Your mental health is as important as your physical health. People sometimes mistakenly assume that mental health issues, such as anxiety or depression, are just a normal part of life. But there is no reason to suffer in silence. Mental health problems can be treated effectively. Prescription medications (such as antidepressants and anti-anxiety medications), supportive therapy, or a combination of both can improve your emotional and mental health.

Grace Cottage offers individual outpatient therapy in a private office setting. Our counselors can treat a variety of problems, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and sleep problems. Starting counseling and finding the right therapist can be a difficult process. Grace Cottage is here to help.
