David Liebow earned his B.S. in Zoology from the University of Maryland and his D.P.M. from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia. He completed his residencies at Sheehan Memorial Hospital and Veteran Affairs Medical Center, both in Buffalo, New York. He is an Associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Dr. Liebow is also the Podiatric Member of the Vermont Board of Medical Practice and the Vermont Representative to the APMA House of Delegates.
Dr. Liebow, his wife Kim (also a podiatrist), and their two children reside in Townshend, where he serves at Town Moderator at Town Meeting. He is an Eagle Scout and the Scoutmaster of Troop 428. Dr. Liebow enjoys outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, and cross country skiing. He also enjoys watching his children play sports.
