Grace Cottage Health Coaches Elizabeth Harrison and Cheryl Shaw can help.

Liz and Cheryl both offer individual counseling for healthy living. They can help you design a personalized plan to meet your own nutrition and weight loss goals.

Liz is a board-certified clinical nutritionist. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from Western College for Women (now Miami University of Ohio) and is board certified by the International & American Associations of Clinical Nutritionists. Liz can give you tips on how to shop for and prepare easy and healthy nutritious foods, even with a busy life. She leads a monthly Weight Loss Support Group on the second Tuesday of every month; call her at 365-3715 ext. 5 for more information and to join the group.

Cheryl is a certified Wellness Coach and Exercise Physiologist, and she has over 17 years of fitness and wellness experience in the corporate sector and as a personal fitness trainer. She is also a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. She holds a B.S. in Health and Fitness from Springfield College. When she isn’t helping clients, Cheryl can be found trying out new whole food recipes, researching nutrition information, running, bicycling, hiking and strength training.
