Tai Chi for Fall Prevention

An event every week that begins at 12:30pm on Tuesday, happening 8 times
Join instructor Alicia Moyer for an on-going exercise class focused on developing balance and flexibility and avoiding debilitating falls. This “Sun Style” tai chi class is well-suited for seniors and those with physical limitations. Emphasis is on slow and fluid movement. Chairs will be available for those who wish to participate in a seated position. Free for qualified participants.
