From the north, south and east, take I-91 to Exit 2 and turn left into Brattleboro. Then take Route 30N for 18 miles to Townshend. At the Townshend Common, turn right onto Route 35N. About two hundred yards from the intersection, the entrance to the hospital is signposted on your left.

From the west, take Route 7 to Exit 4 in Manchester, then Route 11E to Route 30S. Take Route 30S to Townshend, turn left after the Townshend Common onto Route 35N. About two hundred yards from the intersection, the entrance to the hospital is signposted on your left.

From central Vermont, take Route 100 to Route 30S. Take Route 30S to Townshend, turn left after the Townshend Common onto Route 35N. About two hundred yards from the intersection, the entrance to the hospital is signposted on your left.
